Congratulations to Our First Reconciliation and First Communion candidates and your families on signing your commitments this past Sunday.

Congratulations also to the women of our parish and to Captain Joann Ruggles, who competed their annual retreat for this year at Mater Dolorosa. We went from about 17 last year to 30 retreatants this year! You are a blessing upon our parish!

The Welcome Event at the Bertrands' home was a great success and I so enjoyed spending a little time with some of our newest St. Rita parishioners. Thank you, Chris and Dick, for your wonderful hospitality again, and thank you to all of the representatives and leaders of St. Rita who came to join in welcoming our new members.
