Applications will be available starting January 9, 2009 in the school office.

• Completion of the application package requires a:
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Baptismal and First Communion Certificates (as applicable)
• Copy of Up-to-date Immunization Record
• Copy of most recent Report Card and Test Scores
• $100.00 non-refundable Fee

Appointments for pre-admission testing will be scheduled following the completion of the application packet.

Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by September 1st of Kindergarten entrance year.
